So, we all have heard the case of George Floyd.

Thanks, Aunt Sue…It’s really sad.

Killing a human being is really, really tragic.

Everywhere, people are talking about colors, black, Brown, yellow… hey you look pale… are you okay?

Ah, so you are white that’s amazing bro you know why?

Because you’re gonna have a lot of privileges and of course a lot of white problems.

Like choosing a language on an ATM.

Pftss…Oh, man…

This sucks man.

Come on… Shit.

So it’s really hard not to talk about racism these days right?

There are some stupid people out there thinking they have some sort of advantage by being a specific type of race.

This is a big, big phenomenon.

It’s worldwide and it’s so huge that we can speak about it on and on and on…

Sometimes the big picture is so huge that we forget the small details.

Iranians are talking about colors these days, good

Awesome… I’m so proud of you…

But let’s talk about something more specific about us related to us… Iranians…

We have different kinds of ethnicities in our country.

The most dominant ethnic group is Persian.

But we have others too.

We have Azeris, Kurds, Arabs, Baluchis, Lors, Turkomen, Qashqai, Mazandarani, Talysh, Gilaki and so on.

Just a reminder racism is not all about colors.

Ethnicities are included too.

Have you ever heard “If You Want to Change the World Start with Yourself First”?

So, sorry George.

We have a bigger business to take care of first.

We as Iranians gotta learn something.

Most animosities in the world.

Especially related to racism come from prejudice.

For some stupid, idiotic reasons we love our colors or ethnicities.

Because come on… you don’t choose your color you didn’t choose your ethnicity.

You had nothing to do with them.

So why the hell you are so fanatic about it.

Yeah, who the hell am I to come here and tell you what to do or what not?

But I am so grateful to a couple of people in my life.

I am so grateful to one Afghanistani guy whose name I can’t even remember.

He introduced me Effortless English and that changed my whole life.

Aj Hoge, an American my biggest idol.

And thank god with teaching English online I had this amazing opportunity to talk to different people from different parts of Iran and find good friends there.

Just imagine me being a prejudiced asshole who only worshiped his own ethnicity.

Who would I have become?

A nobody.

I wouldn’t be here talking to you guys.

I wouldn’t have had a lot of amazing friends all around the country.

I wouldn’t be happy and I couldn’t find my true purpose.

So yeah who the fuck am I to come here and talk about racism?

Should you listen to me? I don’t know.

To be honest, I don’t give a damn if you do or don’t.

So I have one admonishment for you, if you are one of those people, who differentiates others by their colors, ethnicities, their positions, their sex, their looks, religion

“Shut the fuck up…”

Learn to appreciate, not to differentiate.

Learn to acknowledge people by how smart they are how polite they are how much of a leader they are how kind they are.

See them as humans…

Because that’s how you’ll find happiness greatness.

Inner peace…
