To find or to seek solace in something/someone

means to feel comfortable or calm with someone/something

when you are sad or disappointed.

he still found the rest of the world bewildering

bewildering means confusing or puzzling

and he couldn’t understand

why he was seen as the odd one

while everyone else was considered normal

odd means strange or unusual

Yes, people thought Max was an odd guy.

Humans were endlessly illogical

Something that is endless seems to continue forever

it never ends!

Illogical means irrational or crazy

while logical means rational and well- organized

But why did Max think humans were totally crazy?

Why did they throw out food

when there were children starving in India?

seriously,why?

Why did they clear the rain forests

when they needed the oxygen?

why?

And why did they create bus timetables

when they never ran on time?

have you ever seen a bus arriving on time?

Me neither

Timetable is a list of times

at which buses, planes, trains and etc.

arrive and leave

Beside, It’s British word

Americans use schedule instead of timetable

He agreed with his favorite physicist

that there are only two things infinite:

the universe and man’s stupidity

And I do agree with his favorite physicist

Albert Einstein once said

There are only two thing infinite

“the universe and human’s stupidity

and I’m not sure about the universe.”

All space, including all the stars and planets

is called universe!

And about the word “man”

it sometimes means human being!

It’s a bit sexist

so I prefer to say human or humankind
